Client Services Director
Daniel leads our client relations and concierge team. A veteran of the luxury travel industry, he/she ensures that every client – and their assistants – receive prompt, courteous, and solution-oriented service. Daniel trains our 24/7 client support staff and sets the tone for the “anything is possible” approach we take to fulfill requests. Whether it’s arranging a last-minute charter, accommodating special in-flight catering, or organizing bespoke travel experiences (like yacht charters or villa bookings through our partners), Daniel and team make sure it’s done seamlessly.
